Heritage Fire: Willamette Valley
Heritage Fire is a national culinary tour that celebrates local chefs, restaurants, farmers, and producers, including wineries, distilleries, and breweries at each stop. The event features a friendly competition in which chefs create signature dishes and attendees vote for their favorite, awarding the Heritage Hero of the day.
Heritage Fire: Willamette Valley highlighted the region’s exceptional wineries and diverse local cuisine. Welcoming the harvest season, 500+ guests enjoyed a walk-around tasting experience that showcased the best of the local culinary community.
