Elizabeth Speers is a New York City-based event producer and baker. A Chinese-American adoptee raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Elizabeth grew up in the kitchen, finding joy in baking sweets for her classmates and making dinner for her family. Bringing together family and friends to enjoy her creations fueled a growing passion for food, community, and shared experience from a young age. After moving to New York to attend NYU, she continued to cultivate her passion for food and culture, leaning into the diverse culinary landscape of the city and building a career in events. Now, an experienced events professional, Elizabeth specializes in creating and producing seamless and engaging events…while still baking as much as she can.
